Privacy Policy

Clinical Flow Med Design LLC (“Clinical Flow MD”) respects your privacy. We collect only the information needed to schedule visits, provide care, fulfill orders, and respond to your questions — such as your name, contact details, and the health information you choose to share with your clinician.

Protected health information is handled in accordance with HIPAA and applicable state law. We do not sell your personal or health information. Payment details are processed by our payment partners and are not stored on our servers.

We may use limited analytics to understand how the site is used and to improve it. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing admin@clinicalflowmd.com.

Terms of Use

By accessing this website you agree to use it for lawful purposes only and not to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse any part of the site or its services.

Content on this site is provided for general information. Use of the site does not create a clinician–patient relationship; that relationship begins only after a completed one-on-one visit with a licensed clinician.

Programs, pricing, and availability may change at any time. Services are limited in accordance with federal and state regulations.

Return Policy (Zero Return Policy)

Because our products include prescription medications, supplements, skincare, and medical devices, all sales are final. For safety and regulatory reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any shipped product, including opened or unopened items.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@clinicalflowmd.com and we will work with you on a replacement where permitted by law.

Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after a completed visit and clinician approval. Prescription items ship from a licensed partner pharmacy and may require additional verification.

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Temperature-sensitive medications ship with appropriate packaging; please refrigerate promptly when instructed.

Products and devices may be shipped to select international destinations, including China. International orders require up to 1 week for processing. Container shipments and U.S. Customs and Border Protection clearance can take up to 3 months or more. We are not responsible for items that are damaged, lost, or stolen after shipment; claims must be processed through the shipping carrier.

Shipping availability may be restricted by state or federal regulation. We are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.

Research Use Only Peptides Policy

Research-use-only (RUO) peptides are offered strictly for laboratory and investigational purposes. We do not recommend RUO peptides for human use, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Access to RUO peptides is provided to qualified researchers and institutional buyers. Purchase, handling, and use must comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international regulations. The buyer assumes full responsibility for lawful use and appropriate containment.
