Privacy Policy

Clinical Flow Med Design LLC (“Clinical Flow MD”) respects your privacy. We collect only the information needed to schedule visits, provide care, fulfill orders, and respond to your questions — such as your name, contact details, and the health information you choose to share with your clinician.

Protected health information is handled in accordance with HIPAA and applicable state law. We do not sell your personal or health information. Payment details are processed by our payment partners and are not stored on our servers.

We may use limited analytics to understand how the site is used and to improve it. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing admin@clinicalflowmd.com.

Terms of Use

By accessing this website you agree to use it for lawful purposes only and not to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse any part of the site or its services.

Content on this site is provided for general information. Use of the site does not create a clinician–patient relationship; that relationship begins only after a completed one-on-one visit with a licensed clinician.

Programs, pricing, and availability may change at any time. Services are limited in accordance with federal and state regulations.

Return Policy (Zero Return Policy)

Because our products include prescription medications, supplements, cosmetics, skincare, and medical devices, all sales are final. For safety and regulatory reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any shipped product, including opened or unopened items.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@clinicalflowmd.com and we will work with you on a replacement where permitted by law.

Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after a completed visit and clinician approval. Prescription items ship from a licensed partner pharmacy and may require additional verification.

Cosmetic and skincare products, including Skin Flow™ items, are packaged for protection during transit and shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Temperature-sensitive medications ship with appropriate packaging; please refrigerate promptly when instructed.

Products and devices may be shipped to select international destinations, including China. International orders require up to 1 week for processing. Container shipments and U.S. Customs and Border Protection clearance can take up to 3 months or more. We are not responsible for items that are damaged, lost, or stolen after shipment; claims must be processed through the shipping carrier.

Shipping availability may be restricted by state or federal regulation. We are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.

Research Use Only Peptides Policy

Research-use-only (RUO) peptides are offered strictly for laboratory and investigational purposes. We do not recommend RUO peptides for human or veterinary use, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Access to RUO peptides is provided to qualified researchers and institutional buyers. Purchase, handling, and use must comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international regulations. The buyer assumes full responsibility for lawful use and appropriate containment.

Cosmetic & Skincare Products Policy

Skin Flow™ and other cosmetic and skincare products offered by Clinical Flow MD are cosmetic products intended to cleanse, beautify, promote attractiveness, or alter appearance. They are not drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or to affect the structure or any function of the body.

Cosmetic and skincare products are not FDA-approved or FDA-cleared. Always read the label, ingredient list, and directions before use. Keep all products out of reach of children and for external use only. Always store in proper conditions. Discard any products that have been tampered with, damaged, degraded, or expired. Always assume that cosmetic products expire after 1 year of shelf life. 

Perform a patch test before first use and follow the directions on each product. Discontinue use immediately if redness, irritation, or an allergic reaction occurs, and consult your clinician or dermatologist. If you have a skin condition, a recent skin procedure, or are pregnant or nursing, consult your clinician before use.

Individual results vary and no skincare outcome is guaranteed. Skincare recommendations on this site, including clinician-curated routines, are general in nature and are not individualized medical advice or a prescription.

Clinical Devices Policy

Clinical Flow MD offers wellness and clinical devices for home use and for use by licensed health care professionals. Home-use devices are intended for personal wellness purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease unless explicitly cleared or approved for that use by the FDA.

Professional and clinic-grade devices are intended for use only by qualified, licensed practitioners within their scope of practice and applicable state and federal regulations. It is the purchaser's responsibility to confirm they hold the appropriate licensure, training, and certifications required to operate any professional device.

Always read the operator manual, warnings, contraindications, and directions before using any device. Do not use any device on broken or irritated skin, over implants or electronic implants (such as pacemakers), during pregnancy, or on individuals unable to provide consent unless directed by a qualified clinician. Discontinue use immediately if pain, discomfort, or an adverse reaction occurs.

Devices must be used, cleaned, stored, and maintained according to the manufacturer's instructions. Improper use, modification, or unauthorized repair may void the warranty and may result in injury. Clinical Flow MD is not liable for injury, damage, or loss arising from misuse of any device or from use outside the intended purpose or the user's qualifications.

Device statements have not been evaluated by the FDA unless a specific clearance or approval is stated on the product listing. If you have a medical condition or concerns, consult your clinician before use.
